SpeakUP: An Evening of Connection Games
March 7, 2018 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm| $15
Good news Port Townsend and Seattle friends! I’m leading weekly SpeakUP Connection Games on Wednesdays! Come join the play!
More than ever, I believe we are living in a time when our words matter.
I’ve seen communication wake people up, turn people on and close gulfs between humans. I want that!
I’ve seen communication diminish others, close hearts and create injury, however inadvertent. Been there? I know I have. It’s painful.
As intentional communities who care about the health of the world, I believe we have an opportunity to learn to create human-to-human connection that can cross the boundaries and borders that would otherwise divide us.
At SpeakUP, I can teach you how.
Join me, Dr. Jessica Tartaro, for a playful evening every Wednesday of engaging in communication games that can give you a taste of something different.
I will teach you simple partner and group exercises for using your communication to reveal what is true about you moment by moment. Together we will practice bridging our inner worlds to an outer, shared, and exhilarating experience.
The best part is that the process is fun. The learning is play. And through these games we can lighten the weight of isolation and maybe, just maybe, change our world through connection.
