Next SpeakUP will be our second in-person gathering of the season. Join us to ignite your curiosity!

Most adults misplace our curiosity along the way of growing up. We stop giving ourselves permission to wonder and to probe into life as we may have once done as children. t’s like a deadening of nerve endings that were once alive.

I believe that in order to regain a sense of aliveness in our adulthood and heal our intimacy with others and with our worlds, it is essential to get curious again. The good news it that those nerve endings can be revived.

In this time in the world of uncertainty, disconnection, pain, confusion, fear and change, bringing curiosity to our exchanges is a game changer. It can shift disconnection into connection. Fear into safety. Enemy into friend.

Wednesday, May 5th, we will play games designed to gently tickle, wake up and give permission for our curiosity to come out and play. I hope you will join us.

For this event, we are gathering 5-6:30pm – a different time than our usual – in order to maximize the warmth. We may make it longer as we get closer to summer.
